Tutorial Services & Personalized Learning

We provide math, reading, and writing tutorial services to students in grades K-12. We also provide consultations and coaching to teachers to help them tailor teaching to student needs. Once we have met with and assessed a student, we design an individualized learning roadmap, following Common core standards.

Leadership coaching & Development

We identify gaps and develop individualized, customized management coaching tools for managers who want better results working with their teams. We work with you, one-to-one, in real time on site, to help you address challenges as they arise and assist you in Strategic Planning

Parent Advising

We provide guidance to parents on ways in which they can help their child successfully navigate the school system. We help you understand Common Core Standards and district standards. We help you understand your child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and help you work with your school district to obtain the necessary resources for your child.

Strategic Planning

We first assess the needs and challenges that face you and your organization and help you brainstorm the vision that you see for yourself and your organization. We help you develop a vision by first assessing your current capabilities against your vision and develop strategies to achieve your vision. We develop metrics to help you monitor the progress and implementation of your strategy, developing approaches to resolving them.

Instructional Coaching

We provide one-on-one and small group coaching to teachers relating to classroom management, curriculum implementation, and practical teaching strategies that will improve students’ learning. Coaching is provided on an on-going, non-evaluative basis.

Grant Writing

We research and write grant proposals to obtain funding for corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. We conceptualize your project; research funding opportunities that match your desires and fit your needs; write the grant, following funding guidelines and submit your proposal.

Writing and Editing Services

We provide copy editing, line editing, substantive (development) editing, structural editing, proofreading, formatting, and manuscript critique in addition to individualized conferencing and coaching to help you improve the flow and delivery of your writing.
